About Dr. Nupur Yogarajah
Background and Expertise
I am a Behavioural Scientist, accredited coach (European Mentoring & Coaching Council) and medical doctor by background with many years of leadership experience. I graduated with MBBS (Batchelor of Medicine and Batchelor of Surgery) from University College London & Royal Free Medical School (2006) and hold a Master of Science with Distinction in Behaviour Change (Health & Wellbeing) from University of Derby (2022). My want to develop this business consolidated after I acquired my Masters, a health psychology and science focused degree.
I completed this years after qualifying as a medical doctor and obtaining my postgraduate membership as a General Practitioner, as I have long been fascinated by why we make the decisions we do, how we think and how this impacts on organisational outcomes when we consider this through the lenses of leadership, workplace culture and wellbeing.
Leadership and Professional Experience
I have undertaken various leadership roles and overseen teams within healthcare (NHS) over the past decade including during times of large organisational transformation and service change and development. Alongside leadership, I have provided education and training around applying the evidence from Behavioural Science to improve wellbeing, general health, consider inequity and leadership development.
I have also coached and mentored within this space with particular interest in personal, team and leadership development.
This experience has been the springboard for the creation of this business, to apply and offer these services more widely to organisations where there is a need to demystify this space through applying the available science and reliable methodologies.
