Our Organisational Performance Health Check is a rapid, accessible and evidence-informed way to understand the organisational conditions affecting performance. Drawing on established workplace and organisational research, it identifies strengths and potential gaps across leadership, culture, psychological safety, health and wellbeing.
Many organisations already collect employee data. The Performance Health Check is specifically focused on eliciting the organisational factors that can affect performance in high-pressure workplaces. It looks across evidence-informed areas that may not be explored in sufficient depth, framed in a way that elicits the information needed, or considered together in existing employee surveys.
Employees complete a short assessment taking less than five minutes, including an opportunity to provide written feedback. Findings are interpreted through a behavioural science and clinical leadership perspective.
You receive a concise findings report and leadership feedback session to interpret the findings and consider what, if anything, warrants attention.
The Health Check is useful in its own right and does not have to lead to a diagnostic. Findings may support proportionate internal action, inform targeted delivery or identify an area where deeper investigation would be valuable.
